Meanwhile, the introverts have different tendencies when travel. They tend to enjoy the peace, and serenity of a place. They also tend to be easier in shutting out distraction. They also tend to like thinking first before answering during conversation especially with strangers. They also tend to get stress easily when things are out of their initial plan. Knowing different personalities have different tendencies in their travel style, it may be helpful to plan stress release travel that fits. If you are extrovert, it is recommended to go to different places and do different activities to maintain stimulation and excitement during the trip. It is better to plan rather flexible itinerary because extroverts are rather carefree and don’t mind changing plan as long it excites them more. Plan a social escapee to spark the trip because lack of social interaction can spark your anxiety instead. Most extroverts tend to be independent and don’t like asking for help and respect it does matter. If you are rather into introvert personality, plan a travel that is not overstimulated because it can stress you out. You may need to allocate time to recharge. And if you are travelling with group, make sure the others know it. Be more prepared in planning your trip to avoid the unexpected.
